Rich Roll and Julie Piatt were very influential in my journey to a plant based lifestyle. This book is full of awesome recipes and concepts for everyone. Now, I won't lie to you, some of it is a bit out there for someone who has no exposure to more of a "hippy" lifestyle. But that's the amazing thing about the journey! Trying new and amazing things, exposing yourself to new ideas, and discovering your true authentic self!
