Princess and the Frog Smoothies

Who doesn't love smoothies? It is a great way to eat some of your daily greens or add in some oddities that you  normally wouldn't get in your diet, all while tasting sweet and delicious.  Our goal is to make heathy smoothies that not only taste great, but look great too! Here are two of our recent creations, enjoy!




First, the Frog:


1 banana

1 cup spinach

1 leaf kale (stem removed) 

½ cup frozen Mango

1 Tbsp wheatgrass 

1 Tbsp hemp seed

½ tsp spirulina

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk


  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend!


Pink is for Princess:


2 bananas

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 tsp beet root powder

¼ tsp dried ginger

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup pomegranate juice

½ cup vanilla flavored almond milk


1. Add ingredients to blender and blend!
